  • Laney Aerial Photography serves Plymouth, the South Shore, and Cape Cod shoreline towns. Ben is based in Plymouth, MA and knows these coastal areas well after 5 years of shooting here. Travel is free within 50 miles of Plymouth. A flat $50 travel fee applies beyond 50 miles.

  • We shoot Monday through Friday only. We do not offer weekend or same-day shoots. We require a minimum 24-hour lead time to prepare for every shoot. To book, we’ll need your name, email, phone, and property address.

  • We offer three residential packages for MLS listings. Pro Standard ($250) includes unlimited professional photos with HDR editing, sky enhancements, next-day delivery, a property website, and a 2D floor plan (up to 3,000 sqft). The Signature ($375) — our most popular — adds 5–10 aerial drone photos. The Masterpiece ($525) is the complete listing package and also includes a Zillow 3D Home virtual tour that boosts your listing’s visibility directly on Zillow.

  • Yes. STR Coastal ($495) is our dedicated package for Airbnb and VRBO listings. It includes 35–45 professionally edited interior and exterior photos with blue sky editing, 8 aerial still photos, a 45–60 second aerial video showing beach proximity and property context, and a CloudPano 360 virtual tour with a shareable link that works on any platform. Photos are delivered within 24 hours.

  • Shoots proceed unless it is raining or high winds ground the drone. If weather forces a reschedule, there is no fee — we reschedule for free. For non-weather cancellations, a $50 rebooking fee applies.

  • Residential photos are delivered next-day on business days. Aerial drone video is typically delivered within 48 hours. Construction project photos and videos are delivered together within 5–7 business days.

  • Zillow 3D Home tours are built specifically for MLS residential listings. They boost your Zillow listing’s visibility for 7 days after going live and give buyers an immersive walkthrough directly on the listing page. They are included in the Masterpiece package. CloudPano 360 tours are hosted, shareable links that work on any platform — Airbnb, VRBO, your own website, or email. They are included in STR Coastal and available as a $150 add-on for any other package. We match the right tour to the right use case.

  • Item descriptionIf the property is vacant, Ben can shoot without you present. If the owners are home, someone needs to be there to let him in and lock up after. Client presence is optional if the property is empty.

  • Yes. We offer four construction packages: Construction Site Update ($225) — 20–30 ground photos and 10 drone photos; Social Package ($550) — vertical Reel, ground photos, and drone photos; Three-Phase Documentation ($1,650) — foundation, framing, and finish phases with Reels and a bonus transformation video; and Completion Package ($375) — final marketing photos, drone, and floor plan. All construction projects are delivered within 5–7 business days.

  • We do not offer Matterport scans (we offer Zillow 3D Home tours and CloudPano 360 tours as more cost-effective alternatives), professional headshots, event photography, physical staging (virtual staging at $35/image is available), standalone floor plans (only included as part of a package), weekend shoots, or same-day service.
